The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Emmerson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Dave's obituary was just posted yesterday in our local paper. Since there was no service time was not a factor, but I'm glad to pay tribute. As a volunteer front-line court worker the 'Two Daves' had my back. Literally and figuratively:-) He always struck the right balance in his dealings with a crowd over 100 or just 1. We also joked that I was 'much' older (2 months!). My wish and hope is that all the people I called friend will have the time to re-unite or bump into each other. Life is short and then you die. He was a good man RIP

Condolence From: Warren Doillery
Condolence: I was a friend of David Emmerson when we both served in the Sheriffs Department in the county of Westminster. David was hard working member of our department and showed consideration for other brother members of our department.

I recall he and another Deputy came to my fathers funeral service in full uniform to show solidarity with his fellow member whose father pasted away . David was that kind of person considerate of other people feelings .

Thank you David

Warren Dollery retired member of the sheriffs department in County of Westminster.
