Condolence: I am the eldest son of Gordon and Mary Woodford, deceased,of St. John's,NL. I recall Mrs. Whelan very well. Every week or so, her and my Mom,and other fellow Schoolmates would have "Club" at one of the "girls" home. I always loved it when it was at our home on Whiteway St., in St. John's. All Mom's friends treated us really well. They were glad to see us,and I never forgot that. My condolences.
