Mary Julia White
Mary Julia White - nee Flynn, passed away peacefully on November 24th, at the age of 97, predeceased by her husband, Pat, who died in 1983. Mum was born on February 6th, 1920, in El Salvador, Central America. After schooling in both El Salvador and England, she eventually moved to Vancouver with her family, where she met Pat White. They married in 1942. Mum’s great loves were tennis, playing bridge, travel, and she and dad enjoyed a good party.

She is survived by her 4 children, Diana Hume (Stephen), Brian White (Patty), Elizabeth White, and Peter White (Vadna), grandchildren, Andrea, Colin, Daphne, Chessa, Max, Sam, Jaden and Ela., and great grandchildren, Georgia, Owen, Hayden, Asher, Brynn, Ophelia, Barnaby, Lochlan, and Madden, and many nieces and nephews.

A family get together will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Covenant House in Vancouver.
