Theodore Terence Hill died peacefully in the loving arms of his family at Royal Columbian hospital, the same hospital in which he was born, at 7:29pm on Friday, November 24, 2017. Theo is survived by his mother, Maria Teresa ‘Teza’ Zialcita, his father, Theodore ‘Ted’ Hill (Elena Celso), his siblings, Tiffany Tresa Hill, Tristan Troy Hill (Vanessa Banhaw), and Matt Zialcita (Stacey), his niece, Lucy Zialcita, his step siblings, Robert Allen (Ayla Cowan) and Samantha Allen, and his niece, Leighton Allen. In his 33 years, Theo shared much laughter and many good times with his family and friends. He loved music and dancing and believed in enjoying the finer things in life. His big smile and gregarious laugh endeared him to many. Theo spent his early years in New Westminster, BC, and Manila, Philippines. He attended Our Lady of Mercy School, St. Thomas More Collegiate, and Cariboo Hill Secondary School. Ten years ago, Theo began a successful career with TD Bank, holding a variety of roles. Most recently, Theo was a Financial Advisor at the Edgemont Village TD branch in North Vancouver. He took great pride in his many strong and long standing, positive relationships with clients. He was a top achiever in his district and known among colleagues for his leadership, being helpful, and for his passion for investing. Recently, Theo thoroughly enjoyed completing his Certified Financial Advisor Program Level 1. All are invited to attend Theo’s funeral mass on Wednesday, December 6 at 5:00 PM at Our Lady of Mercy, 7455 10th Avenue, Burnaby, BC, followed by a celebration of his life at St. Thomas More Collegiate, 7450 12th Avenue, Burnaby, BC.
