The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Obituary for Peter Kwok Keung Fung

Peter had a stroke and passed away peacefully at Vancouver General Hospital on Saturday, February 25, surrounded by family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ruby; two sons, Jonathan and Derrick; brothers, David (Helen) and Dominic; and sisters, Linda, Nellie and Ann (David).

Peter worked his entire life in advertising and graphic design both in Hong Kong and Vancouver. He spent much of his spare time looking after his parents before they passed away in 2009 and 2013. In recent years, he expanded his life-long hobby, and eventually exceled in Cantonese opera singing where he found great enjoyment and many friends who shared his strong passion for music and singing.

Prayers will be held Thursday, March 9th at 7:00pm at St. John the Apostle Church, 5457 Trafalgar Street, Vancouver, followed by a Funeral Mass on Friday, March 10th at 12:00pm

Peter will be missed by his large, loving family and friends.
