The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Margaret Owens can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Since I have been a baby Marg has been a rock of selfless love and support in my life. Some of the best memories I have are of visiting Marg and Ray in Vancouver from the time I was a little boy.. being in their home gave me the most unique sense of comfort and well being. Distance in terms of Geography was never an issue. They made great efforts to be a part of special events in my life, traveling to hear my important concerts throughout Canada. My graduation recital, my first solo gig with orchestra in Regina, Opera in Victoria, and numerous concerts throughout Ontario over many years. It was always extra special to have them there and made me so proud to have them rooting for me. I'm grateful for many heartwarming years of laughter and love.
