I was greatly saddened to hear of Dr Irving's death. I only knew him as a patient for the short period that he was in Cranbrook. I was immediately at ease in his presence. His understanding and the effort put forth by him to resolve my medical problems were outstanding. I remember him as a wonderful person who will I'm sure be greatly missed.
