Nicoe and David, I spoke with you both and Aunt Vi over the past few months and said my goodbyes before a trip to SE Asia. I was in Thailand when hearing of her passing. A visit to a Buddhist temple gave me time to reflect on what a strong, wise, kind, funny, and beautiful woman she was. Thoughts of her with Mom and Dad, Steve and all the other family who preceded her made me smile. Many blessing were sent her way. Vi gave me a gift of coins when I graduated from nursing in 1970. Her note was the true gift, in it she wrote for me to first travel, second, find a good job and only then consider marriage and having children She was part of my inner feminist spirit Love to you both and your families.
